AFSOF Aircrew Training System (SOF ATS)
 Subject matter expert (SME) for MC-130E/H and Mission Rehearsal requirements study during SOF ATS Phase I effort.

 Directed site operations for MC-130E/H and Mission Rehearsal crew training courseware development effort (1,100 lesson plans) in support of SOF ATS Phase II effort.

ASTAR Air Cargo

 Developed and maintain AQP flight crew job task list and qualification standards for A-300, B-727, and DC-8 fleets.

 Designed & implemented interactive analysis of Performance/Proficiency Database (PPDB) to assess effectiveness of indoctrination, qualification and continuing qualification pilot training programs. System uses SQL2K5 SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS combined with SharePoint Server 2007 BI features.
 Designed, implemented and maintain a WSS 3.0 SharePoint and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) site for developing, collaborating on, and disseminating AQP background information, curricula, reports, analyses, etc. to all ASTAR Air Cargo Flight Operations and Training levels of management.

Aviation Training Data Analysis Improvements
 Research effort surveying aviation training managers to identify their critical analytical functional capability requirements and assess the ability of emerging information technologies to meet their needs.

 

Combat Rescue Mission Area Analysis
 Analyzed HH-53H and HH-60D force structures, survivability, deployability, and maintainability. Results were briefed to US Congress.

 

Conversion of TWA AQP Management Web Site to the AA Pilot's Portal
 Converted the TWA AQP Management web site over to the American Airline's Flight Operations standard format following AA's acquisition of TWA.

 

Hidden Dunes Community Association (HDCA)
 Condominium association web site that consists of both a public and member's only section. Closed section contains association project status, committee reports, rules, and one-way information board for disseminating time-critical information to the membership. 

 

 

Navarre Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)

 Virtual office using WSS 3.0 SharePoint (OfficeLive).  Site includes multiple team workspaces for Administration, Operations, Finance, Team Training, and support of Santa Rosa County's Volunteer Reception Center - South.

Pro Image Installers, Inc. 

 Nationwide fixtures installer using proprietary database to manage all on-going projects/installations. Converted MS Access database to SQL Server 2005 database.

 Revamped restricted access website exposing client information from proprietary database and added capability for client input of project notes and issues to proprietary database. Site developed using ASP.NET and Visual Studio 2008.

 Developed prototype SharePoint intranet site (using Business Productivity Online Suite - BPOS) for managing departmental activities and displaying Business Intelligence dashboard information.

 Created custom forms using InfoPath and Acrobat 9.0 for authorizing and tracking credit card use.

 

Proteus™ Professional Training and Evaluation System Assessment
 This study assesses the utility and functionality of the Proteus™ system for assisting commercial air carriers in developing and maintaining their Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) databases.

Southbay by the Gulf Vacation Rentals

 Rental management company Owners' portal that is closed to the public and provides owner's with multiple discussion boards, unit reservation schedules for the next 12 months, and an owner's directory.
 Access to owner's portal controlled through an MS Access database integrated into the website. Owners and office admin personnel can update all information via the internet.

 Site originally consisted of 80+ pages and over 625 graphics.

 

 

Stray Goose International (SGI)

 Social organization web site that consists of both a public and member's only section. Media-rich web site with almost 1,000 graphics, videos, and documents available for download. Site consists of almost 100 pages and utilizes frames.

 Access to the member's portal and all membership admin functions is controlled through an MS Access database. This database is currently updated off-line and re-loaded to the website. It is being converted over to complete administration via the internet.

TWA Advanced Qualification Program (AQP)
 Designed, planned, programmed and managed TWA's transition from traditional Part 121 training system to the FAA's innovative Advanced Qualification Program (AQP).

 Performed monthly/quarterly analysis of TWA's Performance/Proficiency Database (PPDB) to assess effectiveness of indoctrination, qualification and continuing qualification pilot training programs.

 Managed development of an Electronic Grading System that allows pilot instructors to grade a pilot's performance during simulator training and line checks via an electronic grade sheet. The system automatically combines the individual's graded events with trainee demographic information (from other databases) and loads it into the PPDB - a data mart within the Training Department. It then generates a monthly subset of data for submission to the FAA.

 Developed a Knowledge Management web site for disseminating AQP background information, reports, analyses, etc. to all TWA Flight Operations and Training levels of management.

USAFSOF Requirements Study
 Performed first-ever analysis of USAFSOF requirements for each unified command.  Accomplished all analyses for, and co-authored, the initial USAFSOF Master Plan. Study used to support senior executive testimony before US Congress.

 Subject Matter Expert (SME) and data analysis in support of the special operations transfer from TAC to MAC.
