| TWA Advanced Qualification Program (AQP)
Designed, planned, programmed and managed TWA's transition from traditional Part 121 training system to the FAA's innovative Advanced Qualification Program (AQP). Performed monthly/quarterly analysis of TWA's Performance/Proficiency Database (PPDB) to assess effectiveness of indoctrination, qualification and continuing qualification pilot training programs. Managed development of an Electronic Grading System that allows pilot instructors to grade a pilot's performance during simulator training and line checks via an electronic grade sheet. The system automatically combines the individual's graded events with trainee demographic information (from other databases) and loads it into the PPDB - a data mart within the Training Department. It then generates a monthly subset of data for submission to the FAA. Developed a Knowledge Management web site for disseminating AQP background information, reports, analyses, etc. to all TWA Flight Operations and Training levels of management.
